La Zenia
Orihuela Costa's shopping and beach hub with the south's biggest mall
Welcome to La Zenia
La Zenia is one of the principal coastal urbanisations of Orihuela Costa, on the southern Costa Blanca. It is anchored by two flagship destinations: the Blue Flag beach of Playa de La Zenia and the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre — the largest mall on the Costa Blanca, with over 150 shops. Pedestrian-friendly streets, year-round services and a heavily international population make it one of the most popular spots for British, Scandinavian and Eastern European buyers.
Who it's ideal for
- British, Scandinavian and Eastern European buyers wanting an English-speaking resort
- Retirees who want flat walkable streets and full services
- Investors targeting strong holiday short-let demand
- Buyers wanting a beach, golf and shopping in one place
