Welcome to La Zenia

La Zenia is one of the principal coastal urbanisations of Orihuela Costa, on the southern Costa Blanca. It is anchored by two flagship destinations: the Blue Flag beach of Playa de La Zenia and the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre — the largest mall on the Costa Blanca, with over 150 shops. Pedestrian-friendly streets, year-round services and a heavily international population make it one of the most popular spots for British, Scandinavian and Eastern European buyers.

Who it's ideal for

  • British, Scandinavian and Eastern European buyers wanting an English-speaking resort
  • Retirees who want flat walkable streets and full services
  • Investors targeting strong holiday short-let demand
  • Buyers wanting a beach, golf and shopping in one place
