Nou Manolín

An Alicante institution since 1971, famous for its marble seafood bar and rice dishes cooked over wood embers. Order the gamba roja de Dénia, the arroz a banda or the senyoret, and a bottle from one of the deepest Spanish wine lists in the province.

The ground-floor barra is walk-in only and the best seat in the house; the upstairs dining room takes reservations.
