Property market — Q2 2026

Prices across the Costa Blanca rose 1.8% QoQ (Tinsa), led by Pilar de la Horadada (+3.2%) and Orihuela Costa (+2.9%). Northern markets (Jávea, Altea) consolidated after strong 2024–2025 runs.

Transaction volumes were up 6.7% YoY in Alicante province — the strongest spring since 2007 by deal count.

Foreign buyer share rose to 47.3% of provincial transactions, with UK (16.2%), Germany (8.1%) and Netherlands (5.4%) leading.
