No. Buyers pay nothing to us. Estate agents in Spain are paid by the seller, and our network partners cover an introduction fee only if a purchase completes.

Can I use my own lawyer?

Absolutely. We always recommend an independent lawyer — if you already have one, we work alongside them.

Do I need to be in Spain to buy?

No. Most steps can be completed remotely via power of attorney, video viewings and secure signing.
